So we can best serve you when you call, please have the following information available:

  • Name of vehicle owner
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN required for covered services)
  • Type of vehicle
  • License plate number
  • Mileage (odometer reading)
  • Where you are located (city, cross streets, landmarks, etc.)
  • Nature of the problem (brief description)

What to Expect: The towing service will transport your vehicle to the Service Department of the closest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT® or Alfa Romeo dealership. Please keep in mind, if you choose to go to another dealership, additional charges will apply if the added distance exceeds 10 miles.

If you are unable to provide a valid VIN, you will always be given the option to pay for the requested service. If eligible, we will reimburse you for the reasonable amounts you actually paid, based on the usual and customary charges for that service in the area where they were provided. Refer to your warranty manual for instructions.

COVERAGE DETAILS

FCA US LLC offers full Roadside Assistance, which includes towing to the nearest FCA US LLC dealer and flat tire, lockout and fuel delivery* service for all vehicles. Coverage terms vary. See below for details.

For Model Years 2017-Present:

24 Hour Towing Assistance covers jump-starts or towing to the nearest FCA US LLC dealer and is applicable for the term of the manufacturer's warranty period of 5 years or 60,000 miles (gas) or 5 years or 100,000 miles (diesel), whichever comes first.

For Model Years 2013-2016:

24 Hour Towing Assistance covers jump-starts or towing to the nearest FCA US LLC dealer and is applicable for the term of the basic manufacturer's warranty period of 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

For FIAT® Vehicles Only:

24 Hour Towing Assistance covers jump-starts or towing to the nearest FIAT® dealer and is applicable for the term of the basic manufacturer's warranty period of 4 years from the vehicle's in-service date, regardless of mileage.

For Alfa Romeo Vehicles Only:

24 Hour Towing Assistance covers jump starts or flatbed towing to the nearest Alfa Romeo dealer and is applicable for the term of the basic manufacturer's warranty period of 4 years from the vehicle's in-service date, regardless of mileage.

* Limited to two occurrences in a 12-month period (maximum two gallons)

Additional Considerations

If you have purchased certain Extended Service Contract Policies offered through our Mopar® Vehicle Protection program, you will receive an additional level of coverage on warrantable components offered through these plans. Please see your Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT® or Alfa Romeo dealer for further details. You can also visit the Mopar® Vehicle Protection section of this site to learn more.

Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Electric Vehicles that cannot be driven due to failure of a part covered by the Hybrid System Limited Warranty will be eligible for standard towing coverage for 10 years or up to 150,000 miles (depending on state), whichever comes first.


Roadside Assistance Exclusions:

  • Towing claims submitted from unlicensed towing providers.
  • Incidental or consequential damages and/or charges connected with the failure of your vehicle. Some examples may include but are not limited to lost time and inconvenience; the loss of the use of your vehicle; rental car expenses; fuel cost; telephone, travel, meal and/or lodging expenses; the loss of personal or commercial property; the loss of work related revenue.
  • Any vehicle which has had the odometer altered
  • Towing of your covered vehicle to a dealership for routine maintenance.
  • Winching is provided for covered vehicles that are located within 10 feet from a paved public road. If additional winching is required, then the cost thereof must be borne by the driver of the covered vehicle.
  • Lockout service does not include the cost of replacement keys (if required).

Additional Towing Assistance Exclusions for 2012 model years and prior:

  • Towing claims which would typically be covered by your vehicle insurance (such as accident related claims)
  • Fuel delivery+
  • Flat tire changes+
  • Lockouts+
