As a Mopar_® Career Automotive Program (MCAP) student, you’ll not only have the benefit of learning the latest FCA US LLC diagnostic technologies and service information, but you’ll also be able to put that OEM training to work right away at a Chrysler, Jeep_®, Dodge, Ram and FIAT^® dealer. This industry-leading training puts MCAP grads in higher demand than technicians with a generic certificate or degree, which could mean higher job-placement... and earning potential for you.

MCAP Program Options

Available through participating community colleges, technical colleges or vocational schools nationwide, MCAP offers two different options to study within the program. Each is a certified technical training program where you’ll receive the latest training from certified FCA US LLC instructors. Depending on the individual schools curriculum and your specific situation, you could complete the program with an Associates Degree (or equivalent) within 18-24 months.
